Should I repair this computer or buy a new one?
Short answer... It depends. There are several things to weigh before you throw out your old computer and buy a new one. You may only need to add memory and clean up your computer to get another couple years of productive use from your old system. Things to evaluate are your current processor speed, memory, hard drive capacity and health, age of the computer, software you use, and how you use your computer are all important questions in determining repairing or replacing the computer. If you are looking at new parts, or your computer is more than 4 or 5 years old, it is probably in your best interest to replace the computer.
Do we need a server for our small business?
If you are a small business with more than a couple of computers, its probably in your best interest to invest in a server. By installing a server in your organization, you gain flexibility and control over your important business files and applications.

Do you have a retail location?
No, we are not your typical brick and mortar computer store. We provide remote pc support, remote help desk services, remote network and security management services. We also run a wholesale to public online computer store. Without the overhead of a large retail store, we are able to offer our products at a lower price simply because we don't carry the large overhead.
Do you offer onsite PC repair?
In todays world we no longer need to roll a service technician for most problems. If your computer will start with at least safe mode with networking, and has internet connectivity, we will resolve your problems remotely.
We do offer onsite pc service in the following locations: Wichita, KS; Oklahoma City, OK; Tulsa, OK; Springfield, MO; Kansas City, KS/MO; Rogers, AR; Ponca City, OK. We offer our remote services across the United States.
Where do you provide remote help desk services?
With our call center centrally located in Wichita, KS, we are able to offer our remote services across the entire United States. Being in the central time zone allows our technicians to service both the East Coast and West Coasts with that midwest charm.
Why are there not more computers and parts in the online store?
We only sell what we use. While we realize the options for computers, laptops, software, and accessories are almost limitless, we choose to only sale what we personally use. When purchasing a computer, or networking gear, the cheapest price is not always the best. Everything in our store comes personally recommended by computer technicians for its reliability, quality, and durability. Afterall, you don't want to have to buy it twice do you?
